Enjoy a chanllenging day trek in the Atlas Mountains and climb Assaoul summit (2700m) one of the best peaks in Toubkal area offering stunning views over the surroundings valleys & snowed peaks. Pick up from the hotel/Riad in Marrakech and drive towards the Atlas Mountains, we start the trek from the Imlil 1740m, which is the starting point of all the treks around the High Atlas Mountains including Toubkal summit, after you meet the guide and head up to Tizi N’Tamaterte 2279m pass via Tamaterte village & the pine forest, great views from the pass over the both valleys, Imlil & Tachedirt, follow the trail on the left side and trek up to the 1st summit and then across a short ridge to reach the highest summit Assaoul or Talamroute (2700m).
