Just did the Mount Batur sunrise hike and it was such a great experience! Our driver, Nick, was amazing — very warm, always on time, drove safely, and was very polite throughout the trip. The assigned hiking guide, Wikan, was also very helpful and patient, especially when I needed to take a few breaks during the hike. He also helped take many great photos for us at the top. Overall, the trip was very satisfying, well organized, and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this trip through Pelago. Everything was smooth from start to finish!

Our driver Garis was hospitable and it was a smooth journey, and our guide Komang Jordi was also the best in ensuring our safety during the entire hike. The view up Mt Batur was spectacular and worth the hike, which was good for a beginner.
We got this in best deal price for trekking , hot springs and river rafting .all the places were very good . Our guide ARI helped a lot in Mount batur trekking and the driver WAYAN BAGONK was exactly on time and was good driver .
Our driver Agus was really patient, and an excellent driver. Pick up arrangements were clear and punctual. Our hiking guide, Kecen, was also very friendly. Took care of us well. I added the hot spring option, it is very worthwhile. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience. The driver Pak Adi picked up on time, and was so friendly in communicating and sharing his hiking experience. The mountain guide Pak Tehnik was very helpful and patient to guide me and my 8 year old son to the peak. Without him, we'd have had much greater difficulty to hike. Really thankful to have met good guide. The view at the peak was amazing. Will go again next time.
