Hot air ballooning is weather dependent and all passengers are asked to check in with Floating Images via phone the night before the flight from 7-7:30PM for a weather report. In the event of unsuitable operational & weather conditions, the flight will be cancelled. If so, participants can either reschedule for another day or arrange a refund.
