There’s no pick up from the arrival hall … first time into Melbourne , totally lost and waited for almost an hour !! No mention of car number and I had to ask around where to meet… total waste of precious time . Bad taste for a first experience to Melbourne . First time limo pick up without meet and greet … might as well get an Uber. Promised a BMW 7 series but Audi Q7 came by instead. Felt shortchanged but most importantly, arrangement was badly arranged. Only consolation driver was patient and nice and i understand it’s not his fault cos the platform instructed him to meet outside … why book for limo when you gotta drag your luggage after a tired flight and searching for almost 45 mins in the small drizzle … totally crazy. My phone connection had issues after I step out of the airport as I couldn’t find my driver … !!
