Wukang Road is a famous historical and cultural road. On both sides of the road are plane trees and many European-style buildings built in the early 20th century, once inhabited by many celebrities. The Wukang Building, formerly known as the Normandie Apartments, is the landmark of Wukang Road. It boasts the first veranda style architecture in Shanghai.Soong Ching-ling Memorial Residence

The Soong Ching-ling Memorial Residence is where Soong Ching-ling, wife of Dr Sun Yatsen, lived for a long time, from 1948 to 1963.
