• For transfers from hotels, no-show policy is 30 minutes
• For transfers from the airport, no show-policy is 1 hour after flight arrival
• In case the flight is delayed, the operator must be informed 1 hour before flight departure time. The pick-up time will then be renewed and the time of no-show policy will be counted from the new pick-up time
• The operator has the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if the group size or luggage exceed the capacity of the reserved vehicles. In this issue, there will no refunds
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• The hotel-transfer rate is for those within Pratunam, Silom, and Sukhumvit zones. If your hotel is located outside the route zone, there will be 200 THB surcharged
• In case the car experiences any mechanical failures or break-downs during your journey, the driver will inform the operator, and the operator will arrange for another car or call for local transportation. This will the operator's responsibility, and there will be no refund issues
