After a short introduction to paddleboarding from one of our qualified and friendly SUP Yoga Instructors, you’ll paddle out to a calm spot and anchor your board. Then it's time to stretch, breathe, and move through a series of gentle yoga poses — suitable for all levels — while surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
Recommended clothing: wear swimwear and shorts or leggings — anything that allows full range of motion and can get wet.
