KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket & Tokyo Subway Ticket can only be collected at the ticket offices at the Haneda Airport Terminal 1·2 Station or Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station on the KEIKYU Line. Please note that you cannot collect the ticket at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations.

This ticket cannot be resold. A resold ticket will be invalid.

When collecting the tickets, you will need the "2D Barcode" issued after completing the booking. Please bring a device that can display the "2D Barcode" or a printed-out "2D Barcode."
You may not collect the tickets without presenting the "2D Barcode."

* The KEIKYU Hanetoku Ticket is valid nine days from the departure/arrival ticket exchange.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]
Free rides on all Toei Subway Lines and All Tokyo Metro Lines
* The "Tokyo Subway Ticket" is valid 24 hours from the start of use (when passing through the ticket gate). You can check the time of validity on the back of the ticket.

Booking can be made a maximum of 30 days before the designated participation date.

Deadline for reservation application: Reservations can be made until 23:59, one day before participation.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a 2D Barcode in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the 2D Barcode on your smartphone to collect a ticket.

Q: How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
A: Voucher with a 2D Barcode will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Sorry, the booking can't be canceled or changed.
