Starts with a breakfast, followed by a presentation by the Chef for the dishes to be prepared. You shall be accompanied by the Chef to the local bazaar to purchase a list of items handed to you prior, with money and a basket 'panier bazar'. Back to Le Domaine des Aubineaux for the preparation of the dishes.
Lunch is then served.
After lunch, visit of the Colonial House 1872. Day ends with tasting of the Saint Aubin Rum

Be your own chef - concoct your dish and set your table for a moment of pure bliss in Les Ecuries du Domaine des Aubineaux, surrounded by Le Parc Floral du Domaine des Aubineaux. After lunch, the experience continues with the visit of The colonial house which dates back to 1872 and features most of the original furnishing and paintings of the time. A rum tasting is also included.
