A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

Please provide a messaging app and ID that can contact you when making a reservation.

Please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them properly while traveling. The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

There will be no refund for cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the experience.

If you cancel for personal reasons, it may take up to two weeks after the tour to receive a refund.

If you have any dietary allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.

Options not included in the product are available for additional payment on site.

Please understand that reservation confirmation is not possible on weekends, public holidays, or during customer center closing hours.
