You can choose from a variety of different options, such as: Tagine, Kefta with Tomato Sauce and Eggs, Djaj (chicken) Maqalli, Preserved Lemons, Meshwi (grill), Lamb with Prunes, Couscous with seven vegetables, Safa, Pastilla, Moroccan Traditional soups :(Harira, herbal) and Moroccan salads like : Ttaktkouka - with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, Bakoula, Rice and Tuna Salad, Potato Salad, Green Bean Salad).
There is also the option to make bread and take it to the local farran (oven) for baking. ou can bake ordinary khubz (Arabic bread), khubz with olive, Harcha and (moroccan semolina bread). Malawi bread, Baghrir bread, Moroccan mint tea . You can also try making different Moroccan pastries such as cookies, baklawa and other sweet treats.
The next step is to stop at a local market to buy ingredients, taking time to discover Moroccan spices (Ras El-Hanout, Anise, Fenugreek, Sesame Seeds, Cinnamon, Saffron, Ginger, Turmeric). Then it's time to roll up your sleeves, and start cooking with the help of your chef, acquiring new techniques. When you finish, sit and relax in a rounded table to enjoy your delicious meal.
