"Yotsuya Ushiko" was founded by a high-end Wagyu wholesale company with the
aim of making top-quality domestic Wagyu more accessible to general consumers.
The company has established cooperative relationships with Wagyu producers in
Japan's 47 prefectures and is able to provide the highest quality Wagyu beef
at reasonable prices, including the famous Matsusaka beef, one of Japan's
three major Wagyu brands (others include The more internationally famous Kobe
beef).
Ushiko offers course menu options at different prices, and you can also order
a variety of dishes a la carte. The restaurant also has a complete course of
Korean-style dishes and side dishes, such as homemade kimchi, bean sprouts,
seafood pancakes, bibimbap, etc. To make the grilling experience even more
perfect, Ushiko creates an original dipping sauce. This sweet and fruity
dipping sauce can add more flavor to the dish. Customers who like spicy food
can also add Korean hot sauce (gochujang) to increase the spiciness!

Yotsuya Ushiko's second-highest course includes two types of premium Matsusaka
beef carefully selected by Wagyu appraisers.

meat lovers. Enjoy four different cuts of Matsusaka beef, all carefully
selected by certified wagyu specialists.
