If the number of users or type of ticket changes, please request a full refund and repurchase.

For companies that make advance reservations, use is not possible if reservations are not made.

Operating hours and holidays may change due to company circumstances and weather conditions, so please check with the company before use.

Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, or used by others without permission.

Bus tours, taxi tours, and group tours with guides or drivers may have difficulty using tickets.

This product is eligible for a discount, so additional discounts such as coupons and welfare discounts cannot be applied.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

If you have used even one of these, your ticket cannot be refunded.

A 100% refund is available within the validity period for all unused tickets.

Partial refunds due to partial use are not possible.
