Upon arrival at Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence no later than 4:45 pm our teachers will welcome our guests, respecting every kind of measure of the latest DL. on health and accompanied in a room of 1700 AD. where we'll explain the menu and check for allergies to accommodate everyone.
The Chefs will follow you from the beginning to the end of the class.
Every person will do everything, it's not a demonstration class, so roll up your sleeves and let's start making desserts, cuts for sauces, appetizers, main courses and service sauces, fresh handmade pasta, a glass to feel at home.
After you've finished everything?
Finally you taste the whole menu with just as much Tuscan wine.
At the end of the whole experience you will bring with you the memory of a booklet of recipes made during the class and as many tricks of the Chefs.
The languages available are English and Italian, you can book in German and Spanish if the chefs are on time for that particular course.

Itinerary
Chefactory Cooking Academy Florence
The only Dinner Deluxe in a historic building 16 minutes from the Duomo of Florence, with a super-equipped cooking academy inside. Highly trained chefs will welcome you respecting all safety measures and will explain you how to prepare a classy dinner. After the presentation of the menu, you will be divided into groups of 12 people per Chef and you will start with the preparation of typical appetizers, first courses of fresh stuffed and traditional pasta, second courses of meat and unique desserts of our country all with your hands on. Lots of tricks and secrets will open your mind. After that the tasting of the work done with good wine offered by the academy and to complete, the delivery of all the recipes made. This service includes all the love for the Italian tradition and the feeling of family. Please kindly do not be late past 4:45 p.m., otherwise it will be deemed a no show, out of respect for all people who are on time. Thank you very much
