Regarding Luggage Loaded onto the Bus:
・Please manage your luggage at all times by yourself.
・Be especially cautious of theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups with other passengers' luggage at departure, rest, and arrival locations.
・We cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups of luggage, so please be aware of this in advance.
・If you decide to cancel your trip due to theft, loss, misplacement, or mix-ups of luggage, the cancellation fee will still apply as per the regulations.
・Additionally, we and the bus company will not be liable for any rental fees or other costs incurred for the same reasons.
・We cannot take responsibility for damage or contamination of your luggage, so please understand this beforehand.
Luggage placed in the trunk may be at risk of damage. Please take protective measures in advance.
Ski and snowboard equipment can be stored, but as loading and unloading may cause damage, please ensure they are placed in proper cases.
(We cannot accept items stored only in sole covers.)
・Each passenger is allowed to load one ski or snowboard and one bag into the trunk.・
・If you exceed the above limit, we may refuse to load additional items depending on trunk capacity, so please understand in advance.
・If luggage cannot fit in the trunk, it may be placed inside the bus.
・The following items are not allowed in the trunk:
Animals, fragile items (such as musical instruments, bicycles, snow scooters, cameras, computers, precision equipment, glassware, or beverages).
Regarding Tour Cancellations Due to Insufficient Bookings:
Tour plans with no reservations made 14 days before departure may be canceled without prior notice.
・The operating hours of each ski resort may change without prior notice due to weather or other circumstances.
・Lifts at each ski resort may partially suspend operations without prior notice due to weather or other circumstances.
・Skiing on certain courses at each ski resort may be restricted without prior notice due to weather or other circumstances.
・Please note that no refunds will be provided even if the above circumstances prevent operations as initially planned.
Advance Reservation Information for Rental Items
Please note that rental items may be in high demand on busy days such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. To ensure availability, we recommend making a reservation through our tour-exclusive online booking service.
*The rental reservation page on each ski resort’s official website may differ from our tour booking page. Please be careful not to apply for rentals through the wrong page.
・Reservations are online only: Phone reservations are not accepted.
・Personal car plans: We also accept reservations for certain ski resorts that offer personal car plans.

Please note the following:
・Some ski resorts may charge a fee for rental reservations, and advance payment via credit card or other means may be required.
・A rental discount coupon does not guarantee the availability of the requested items. If you do not use the “Internet Reservation Service” and are unable to rent the desired items or sizes, no refund will be issued for any unused portions of the lift ticket or travel fee.
・Some ski resorts may require additional procedures, such as filling out an application form, on the day of use, even if you’ve made a reservation.
・Even with a reservation, there may be waiting times for rental items.
・We may request that you rent items of slightly different sizes (within one size range) if necessary.
*Reservations cannot be made for morning and evening mystery tours. Additionally, during particularly busy days, rental items may not be available.
