We booked tickets from Pelago because it was sold out on the Harry Potter website and we wanted to earn extra KrisFlyer miles. We booked it not really knowing what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The ticket included many things. First, we met up with a guide at Central London who brought us to the train station to take a train to the studios. It was a very fast ride, only 20 minutes. He then took us to a shuttle bus to go to the studios. When we got there, he collected our studio tickets for us and we went in. Then, there was another guide who was introduced to us. Turns out our ticket included a small group tour at the studios! We had 5 people in our group. It was great! We didn't expect this. The guide was very good. He brought us around the studios and shared a lot of hidden facts with us. He told us which were actual sites, and he could go into restricted areas and take props to show us (like the potions book in the Half-Blood Prince was an actual printed book with actual spells that the production team created? So when the actors were creating the potions, they were for real following what was in the book). We even had fast access because he brought us through staff entrances and shortcuts. We met up with the first guide at the train station at 11am, and we only left the studios at 5:30pm. It was great. Train tickets to and back from the studios are included in the ticket as well. The first guide told us how to get back to central london, which platform to take so its faster. Very good experience. would recommend going for this.
