- Weekend surcharge (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) during peak season (May 15th – August 15th, 2026): 200,000 VND per guest
- Public Holidays (New Year: Dec 31 & Jan 1; Lunar New Year: Feb 16–19, 2026): 500,000 VND per guest
- Other Holidays (Hung Kings Commemoration Day; Apr 30 – May 3; National Day Sep 1–2, 2026): 300,000 VND per guest
- Christmas (Dec 24, 2026): 500,000 VND per guest
