Hong Kong Disneyland is on Lantau Island, about 30 minutes out of the city. The park has eight themed lands and over 100 things to do – rides, shows, meet-and-greets, and more. You've got fairy tales and castle stuff in Fantasyland, a Gold Rush mine train in Grizzly Gulch, Marvel superheroes in Tomorrowland, and Mystic Point doing something entirely its own in the corner of the park. The Castle of Magical Dreams sits right in the middle, so it's hard to miss. 13 Disney Princesses and Queens inspired its design, and you'll see it from pretty much everywhere you go. The World of Frozen is now fully open, too, which is a whole other land to explore. That's a lot of ground, so make sure you plan your visit accordingly.
World of Froze has the Arendelle Forest, where you will be joined by Anna and Elsa in a novel and engaging theatrical experience. You can also explore Wandering Oaken's Sliding Sleighs and Frozen Ever After. Disney characters from Frozen do show up for meet-and-greets here, too. So don't forget to set aside some extra time if you're visiting with kids.
Then there's Mystic Point. Most people don't go to the Mystic Manor until someone tells them. It's a dark ride through a possessed manor full of moving artefacts. It's an original Disney story with no film adaptation. Many people ride it twice, which says a lot. Over in Tomorrowland, you've got the Iron Man Experience, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Nano Battle!, and Mickey's PhilharMagic. The Marvel attraction side actually runs bigger than most people expect, so prepare yourself for a whole lot of walking.
Toy Story Land on the west side of the park is also there for younger kids. Adventureland has the Jungle River Cruise and Pirates of the Caribbean. It has a slower pace, but it is worth the walk over. In Fantasyland, there's Fairy Tale Forest, Fantasy Gardens, and Castle Stage, where Disney characters' appearances and Disney Friends Live performances are scheduled throughout the day. Storybook Theater runs Mickey and the Wondrous Book several times daily. It fills up quickly, so check the times when you arrive. Oh, and Main Street, U.S.A., is the first thing you walk through on the way in. Most people cut straight through it, but it's worth slowing down for, especially later in the day.
Hong Kong Disneyland Park feels different after dark. The Disney Paint the Night Parade and the Momentous nighttime spectacular take over the park and castle forecourt, featuring fireworks, projections, and a soundtrack that fills the entire plaza. The night sky behind the castle during that show is something you genuinely can't replicate in a photo.
Disney friends and characters line up along the parade route for the evening procession, and the party that kicks in around 7 PM is why most people end up staying longer than they intended. Lion King jungle fun, the magical dreams light display, and seasonal special events are also in the mix, depending on when you're there. If you're here during Halloween or Christmas, the park goes all out – the most magical party nights are separately ticketed after-hours events that are worth checking the calendar for.
Pro Tip: Disneyland-themed stickers were given out in the park and hotels. You can ask cast members for one when you meet them within the park.

Fast receiving the details required to reserve park entrance. Entry was easy, just use the QR codes received upon reserving date of entry at the gantry gates.
Great experience. Easy entry process, just needed to scan the e-ticket purchased using Pelago. Park is very kid friendly.
Daughter loved disneyland. She's 7. I didn't think disneyland hk is small, we still walked a lot.
Great experience, must do activities in HK
Even if there are many guest coming in, having a ticket makes it easy to go in. Happy place indeed.
