The waterfall and pagodas were beautiful, lots of photo spots and learnt some great history of Chiang Mai. Thanks to our tour guide Sunny and driver Pit. There were great, very helpful and attentive.
My guide from Tripguru Immy is really professional. She spoke good English and was attentive from the start. She arranged the pickup time and texted me the day before the trip and reminded me to bring the things I might need. Immy did a great job explaining each of the sightseeing places we went. It was a wonderful tour experience thanks to her.
Enjoyed the tour to Karen village the best. Good food and a leisurely way to spend the day. Our guide, Khun Nana, and driver are kind and gracious. Khun Nana is a treasure trove of information. Highly recommended.
Amazing trip, included a lot of different things and our guide, Cindy (?), was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful, but also gave us plenty of free time to do what we wanted to at each location. Good pace, not too rushed unlike a lot of other tours. Would recommend
The local agent reached out to us a day before and for the Doi Inthanon Day Trip, the guide communicated to us by WhatsApp to confirm the trip one day before. The food he recommended cost less than $3 for a large plate of pad Thai and there was free flow of bottled water. It is sufficient for two if you are not a big eater. He bought rice crackers for us to eat onboard the bus in the morning and avocados to share during lunch. His name is Booncharoen Thongyou. I explained to him that we did not have breakfast as we woke up late and he was alright to get the driver to stop at a petrol kiosk. We bought food from 7-11 and had a toilet break at 10am after picking us up at 8.20am. He was patient with children and would patiently correct them if they did something wrong. We were in the same van with three other groups of Singaporeans. It was good idea that we were dropped off last as we were picked up last too. The whatsapp confirmation with QR code from Pelago came in less than 7hr on the same day after booking. It was great as I only have to check the messages to know the pick up time. An email confirmation was also sent to my address.
