Whether a total beginner or a seasoned yogi, we're here to have fun! Let's do some yoga on the beach, oceanfront, as we listen to the crashing waves and breathe along to its natural rhythms. We'll stretch, bend, breathe, relax and have the best time practicing yoga together in Carlsbad! Class starts with a simple breathing exercise, a warm-up for the body, an exhilarating but relaxing yoga flow, and of course, a savasana (rest) at the end to soak up all that great energy!
