It was a great experience from start to finish. We were given clear and precise instructions on where to meet the driver, which made the pickup process very easy. The driver arrived at the pickup location just a few minutes after we collected our luggage. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient service and a great experience. I would happily use them again.
I was contacted almost immediately after making my booking to let me know that airport transfer had been arranged. They also assured me that they would monitor my flight arrival to ensure a smooth pickup. On the day of arrival, they sent me the driver’s details and vehicle registration number in advance, making the process very seamless. During the journey to the hotel, the driver also gave us a brief introduction to the area and shared some useful information, which was a nice touch. Overall, the transfer was smooth, professional, and well organised.

We indicated that there would be 5 check in luggages and 5 people . The van could only comfortably sit 3 with 3 luggages. We had to get an additional cab at the last minute . Driver blamed the luggage.
Horrible airport transfer experience. They don’t wait at arrivals - you will have to walk to the carpark’s pickup area. Go with other real airport transfers where they actually meet you and bring you to car. I booked the “luxury” 7-seater because I knew I would be struggling with the 4 big luggages I have but I didn’t expect to have to drag them all the way to the pickup location.
