Children under 6 years old (preschoolers) who do not occupy a seat can ride for free. However, as a general rule, preschoolers who occupy a seat will be charged the child fare.

・Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.
・If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).
・At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.
