Pelago Pass
How the Pass Works
- Select the number of attractions you wish to visit and purchase the corresponding Singapore Attractions Pass.
- Choose which attractions you'd like to visit before you fly off or once you're in Singapore.
- Prepare! Some attractions require a pre-booked timeslot. Check the list below to see which ones do and how to book. We recommend booking at least 3 days before your first visit.
Activating the Pass
Validity
This Pelago Pass is valid for usage between 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, 23:59 hrs. Pass is valid for 30 days from activation or 31 March 2027, 23:59 hrs, whichever is earlier. All redemptions must be completed by 31 March 2027, 23:59 hrs.
After activation, Customers can visit attractions included in the pass on different days, but must be within the validity period. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions
- Only non-residents of Singapore will be eligible to purchase. Verification of my resident status against a photo ID document may be requested upon redemption of the pass.
- Passengers aged 2 and above must have a valid pass to redeem the attractions and deals. For children below the age of 2, other fees may apply which is payable directly to the merchant.
- Children (below 12 years) will need to be accompanied by an adult.
- The pass is not transferable to another user.
- This Pelago Pass is valid for usage between 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, 23:59 hrs. Pass is valid for 30 days from activation or 31 March 2027, 23:59 hrs, whichever is earlier. All redemptions must be completed by 31 March 2027, 23:59 hrs.
- Participating attraction’s terms and conditions will apply to Pass holder.
- Should an activity be unavailable, please use your reservation on another activity. No refund will be made for partially redeemed bookings.
- Inclusions may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Pass holders are advised to check the operating hours of the attractions via their respective website before their trip to the attractions and/or venue.
- This product is non-refundable. There will be no refund for unused or partially used items for the Pass. Inclusive benefits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of claims if not utilised. Lost, stolen or damaged QR code will not be replaced or refunded.
- For exceptional circumstances, the Pass may be eligible for a refund only if it has not yet been activated. Please see Pelago’s cancellation policy for applicable circumstances.
