Multiple accounts on Pelago

Updated over 3 weeks ago

When using Pelago, you may need to register and maintain a Pelago account. By doing so, you agree to only have one account, unless we’ve specifically approved otherwise.

Pelago accounts cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to someone else.

Why It Matters

Having multiple accounts can lead to:

  • Payment or booking failures

  • Your booking request being rejected, depending on the activity or offer

If we detect more than one account under your name, we may:

  • Decline current or future booking requests

  • Ask that you keep only one account and help you deactivate the others

Keeping a single account ensures a smooth booking experience for all your activities.

Accidentally Created Multiple Accounts

If you accidentally created two accounts, don’t worry! You cannot deactivate an account yourself through your profile.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact us to deactivate the account you do not wish to keep.

  2. We strongly recommend keeping the account you log in with using your KrisFlyer account for the smoothest experience.

Tip: Keeping one account avoids future booking or payment issues and ensures your Pelago experience stays seamless.
