A Pelago account refers to an account created directly on Pelago, and does not include accounts linked via KrisFlyer or KrisPay.

You may encounter login issues for your Pelago Account due to the following reasons:
Incorrect login credentials
Ensure that you’re entering the same email address and password used when you signed up
Forgotten password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by referring to the following steps:
• Click here to request a password reset.
• You will receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password.
• Follow the steps in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.
Account temporarily locked
• After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked for 1 hour.
• However, you can unlock it immediately by resetting your password.
