How do I update or edit my profile details?
Pelago Profile updates can be completed by following the self-service steps below. These instructions apply to the Pelago app and website only; changes cannot be made through the Kris+ App.
Log in to your Pelago Account
Click on your profile icon and select 'Profile'
Make the necessary changes to your account.
Here you can edit details such as First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Country of residence and KrisFlyer Membership Number.
Once done, click 'Save' to update your details!

First Name
Last Name
Contact Number
Country of Residence
KrisFlyer Membership Number
