How to update or edit profile details
Pelago Profile updates can be completed by following the self-service steps below. These instructions apply to the Pelago app and website only; changes cannot be made through the Kris+ App.
Log in to your Pelago Account
Click on your profile icon and select 'Profile'
Make the changes to your account
You can update the following details in your Pelago account:
First name
Last name
Contact number
Country of residence
Once done, click 'Save' to update your details!

How do I change my email address?
At the moment, we’re unable to change the email address on an existing account, even if there’s a small typo.
What you can do instead
Create a new Pelago account using the correct email address
You’ll then be able to continue booking and managing your activities as usual
Please note that the bookings made on the incorrect email address will not be linked to the new Pelago account
Tip: Use KrisFlyer login
We recommend logging in to Pelago using your KrisFlyer account
This helps link your bookings and lets you earn miles easily
If you don’t have a KrisFlyer account yet, you can sign up for one for free by clicking on [this] link before logging in
