To set your preferences on the type of information you would like to be notified for, and how to receive those notifications:
Log in to your Pelago Account. Click on your profile icon and select 'Settings'
Go to 'Notification Preferences' and customise according to your preferences.
Preferences are updated as soon as you have checked or unchecked the field.
While you are able to set preferences for Marketing & Promotions, as well as Tips, Alerts & Reminders, you will not be able to customise 'Mandatory Communications' as we will need to notify you of important updates to your account, bookings and review emails after completing your activity.
