How to Select a Timeslot and Manage Your Booking

Some activities on Pelago require you to choose a specific timeslot when booking. Here’s how timeslot selection works and what to do if you don’t see the time you’re looking for.


How timeslot selection works

Timeslots are available at the option level, which means you’ll see available timeslots only after selecting:

  • Date of the activity

  • Unit (e.g. number of participants, ticket type)

Once you’ve made both selections, any available timeslots for that product will be displayed.


Why Are No Timeslots Showing?

If no timeslots appear after selecting your date and unit, it could mean:

  • The activity does not require a timeslot, or

  • A separate booking is required on an external website

This will be clearly stated on the activity’s Product Detail Page, so please check carefully before booking.

💭 Tip: Always follow the instructions on your voucher for the correct process.


What If My Preferred Timeslot Isn’t Available?

If your preferred timeslot is not listed, it may currently be unavailable

  • We recommend selecting the other available timeslots

  • Book early where possible, as certain timeslots have limited availability

  • The process for making timeslot reservations is usually outlined in the confirmation voucher sent after ticket purchase

  • Review the instructions carefully to ensure you complete your booking correctly

  • Note that once a timeslot is booked, changes are typically not allowed
