Preparing for Your Cruise

Where is the Disney Adventure Cruise departing from?

The Disney Adventure Cruise from Singapore departs from Pier 1 of the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS). The full address is 61 Marina Coastal Drive, Singapore.

What should I prepare before my sail date?

To make your Disney Adventure Cruise smooth and stress-free, here’s what to do before boarding:

  • Create or log in to your MyDisney Account
Make sure your Disney Reservation ID is linked to your account so you can manage your cruise and access all pre-sail features.

  • Download the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Navigator App
The app lets you manage your booking, plan activities, and complete online check-in from your smartphone or tablet.

  • Check “My Reservations” for travel guidelines
You’ll find important itinerary-specific travel regulations, including health and safety requirements.

  • Prepare the Online Check-In Port Arrival Form
The guest who booked the cruise must present a copy of the Online Check-In Port Arrival Form at check-in. You can complete online check-in and access the Port Arrival Form starting 30 days before your sail date via My Reservations on the Disney Cruise Line website or through the DCL Navigator App.

What happens if I arrive earlier than my Port Arrival Time?

If you arrive earlier than your assigned Port Arrival Time, the terminal staff may ask you to return at your scheduled time before allowing you to proceed with check-in.

To avoid delays or being turned away temporarily at the terminal, we strongly recommend arriving as close as possible to your selected Port Arrival Time.

Online Check-In FAQs

How do I process my Online Check-In?

Online Check-In for your Disney Adventure Cruise is a six-step process that prepares you for a smooth boarding experience.

To get full, step-by-step guidance on completing your check-in, including entering your personal details, setting up your onboard account, registering children, submitting travel plans, selecting your port arrival time, and signing the cruise contract, please see our 'Pre-Sailing Online Check-In' guide

When can I check in for my Disney Adventure Cruise?

Online check-in opens 30 days before your sail date. You can complete check-in easily using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, so that you’re all set before you board!

I am seeing “Pending Review” after completing my online check-in

If your Disney Cruise Adventure online check-in status shows “Pending Review” or “Pending Approval”, there is no need to worry. This simply means that your check-in details have been submitted successfully and are waiting to be verified by the Disney Cruise Line team.

What does “Pending Review” mean?

When you complete online check-in for your Disney Adventure by Disney Cruise Line sailing, your documents and photos are reviewed manually by a Disney Cast Member.

This review is required to confirm that all submitted documents meet their security requirements, including:

  • Passport photo must be clear and readable

  • Security headshot must follow the correct format (no hats, sunglasses, or glare)

  • Images must meet Disney’s verification standards

Because the review is done by a person, the status may remain “Pending Review” until a Cast Member completes the verification.

How long does the review for Online Check-in take?

The review process may take a few days, depending on the number of guests checking in and how many sailings are departing around the same time.

Disney Cruise Line usually reviews submissions closer to the sailing date, so it is normal for the status to remain pending if your cruise is still several weeks away.

If any document needs to be updated, Disney Cruise Line will send an email requesting a resubmission. Please check your email regularly in case they contact you.

What if the online check-in status is still pending before my sailing?

There is no need to worry if your status has not changed to “Complete” before your sailing date. This may take a few extra minutes at the check-in counter, but your check-in will be completed there.
