Select Your Activity Date
Choose your Activity Date first
This will help filter the available package or ticket options specifically for that day. By doing this, you’ll also highlight important differences between similar‑looking options (for example, Super Peak vs General Admission), because not all options are available on all dates.
For products where the 'Activity Date' may not be clear, refer to the product details for instructions on how to select the right date (e.g. combo products, flexible date tickets, SIM card products)

Choosing Your Package or Ticket Option
When selecting your package or ticket option, please note the following:
Only ticket options available on your selected activity date will be shown
If an option is available, the button will change from “Check availability” to “Select”
If an option remains as “Check availability”, it means it is not available for the chosen date
If you do not see your preferred option, try selecting a different activity date to view other available options

In some cases, additional sub-options will be available after you select a package option.
To view these sub-options:
Start by selecting your activity date
Click “Select” on your preferred option to view the package details
You will then see additional package or ticket options to choose from

Tip: Please review your selected option carefully. The option you select determines what is included in your booking. The product page title may list multiple available options, but it does not indicate what you have booked. Your actual booking is based on the specific option you select within the product page.
Select the quantity
Please note the minimum quantity may be pre-selected for some products. Please check the quantity carefully before proceeding.
Proceed to 'Checkout'
Please confirm the Activity Date, Package Option, and quantity are correct in the Order Summary.
Fill in the details
Enter the required details on the Booking Details form and select 'Continue to payment'.
Please double-check your email address
We will be sending your vouchers to the email address entered at this step.
Booking for someone else
If booking on behalf of someone else, we recommend using the details of the person attending the activity, as we will be using these details to reach out if there are any issues with the booking. For products where a name match is critical, there will be designated fields will be displayed to enter the details of each attendee separately (e.g. activities involving immigration).
Redeeming promo codes
If you are redeeming a promo code, ensure the contact number can receive SMS for phone number verification.
Earning KrisFlyer miles
Enter your KrisFlyer membership number at this step, if you would like to earn miles for the booking. If not logged in, you will be redirected to Singapore Airlines website to complete the sign-in process.
Making Payment
Select Payment Method
Checkout must be completed in 60 minutes to ensure we can secure your vouchers.
Once payment has been made, you will receive your booking confirmation email either immediately or within the next 24 hours, depending on whether the selected activity is instantly or manually confirmed.
