Can I book multiple activities in a single checkout?

Absolutely! Planning your trip just got easier. With the cart feature on our website, you can now book multiple experiences in one go.


Where Can I Use the Cart?

You can use the cart on both the Pelago website and the Pelago app.

This means you can add multiple items and complete your booking in one checkout, no matter which platform you’re using.

What Can I Add to My Cart?

You can:

  • Add different experiences from different activity pages

  • Pick multiple ticket options for the same experience

What Can’t Be Added to the Cart?

Some activities aren’t eligible to be booked through the cart at the moment. These include:

  • Activities that have special payment conditions (like bank-exclusive offers)

  • Bookings that require split payments

  • Activities that can only be booked using KrisFlyer miles

  • Culture Pass bookings

If you’re booking any of these, you’ll need to check out separately.

Why can’t I apply my promo code at checkout?

If you’re checking out with multiple items in your cart, your promo code may not apply because at least one item in your cart is not eligible for promo code use.

To fix this, you can try the following:

  • Check which items in your cart are excluded from promo codes by referring to [this] list

  • Remove any non-eligible item(s) from your cart

  • Try applying the promo code again at checkout

Once only eligible items are in your cart, the promo code should work as expected.

Why can't I find the KrisFlyer miles payment option at checkout?

At the moment, miles redemption isn’t available for cart checkouts. If you’d like to pay with KrisFlyer miles, please book your activities individually instead.
