How do I add a special request to my booking?

This article is for customers who want to make special requests for their booking, such as a car seat, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or any other requests related to their experience.


Adding a special request before completing your booking

  1. When selecting your experience and proceeding to checkout, look for the “Add special requests” section.

  2. Enter your request (e.g., car seat, wheelchair assistance, birthday arrangements)

  3. Complete your booking. Your request will be shared with the experience provider.

Adding a special request after your booking is confirmed

  1. Locate the experience provider’s contact details in your booking confirmation. For details on locating your driver’s information in your confirmation voucher, please see How can I get in touch with my provider?

  2. Reach out directly to the provider and share your request (e.g., car seat, dietary needs, or other special requirements).

  3. The provider will confirm whether your request can be accommodated.
