What happens after I book?

After you've completed the booking:

  • If your selected activity offers β€œInstant Confirmation”, you will receive a confirmation email with the voucher attached immediately after.

  • If your selected activity offers β€œConfirmation within 24 or 48 hours”, the provider will confirm your booking within the stated period. Once it has been confirmed, you will then receive an email with the voucher.


The type of confirmation for your selected activity appears above the activity title and in the activity options on the activity page.

If you come across a "We've received your booking" page, here's what you need to know:

  • This means that your booking is booking request is being reviewed. Hang tight!


Instant Confirmation

For activities that provide instant confirmation, your booking will be confirmed shortly.

Manual Confirmation

For activities that require manual confirmation, your booking will be confirmed within the confirmation period.

The confirmation period is indicated on the activity page above the activity name, as well as in the 'Additional Information' section, under the 'Booking Confirmation' tab.
