Can I start using the Pelago Pass on a different date than what I selected when purchasing?
Yes, the Pelago Pass can be activated anytime until 31 March 2027. Once activated, it can be used for 30 days to visit all attractions. Please note the final day for using the Pelago Pass at any attraction is 31 March 2027.
Can I visit the same attraction multiple times?
No, an attraction can only be visited once using each Pelago Pass.
Validity period
When does my Pelago Pass start, and how long can I use it?
Your Pelago Pass is activated when you first start using it. This happens when you do either of the following:
Make your first time slot booking for an attraction that requires pre-booking, or
Click “Redeem Now” for an attraction that does not require pre-booking
Pelago Pass validity period
Once your Pelago Pass is activated, you will have 30 days to use it for eligible attractions
The 30-day validity period starts from the date of first redemption or booking
During this period, you can continue redeeming or booking attractions under your Pelago Pass
Important validity condition
The final expiry date of the Pelago Pass is 31 March 2027, regardless of activation date
This means:
Your Pelago Pass cannot be used beyond 31 March 2027
Any bookings or visits must fall within both:
The 30-day validity period, and
The overall pass expiry date (31 March 2027)
Example for easy understanding
You purchase a Pick 4 Pelago Pass on 1 July 2026
At this point, no attractions have been redeemed yet, so your Pelago Pass is valid until 31 March 2027
You redeem your first 3 attractions on 4 July 2026
This activates your 30-day validity period
You then have until 3 August 2026 to redeem the remaining attraction(s), as long as it is before 31 March 2027
Why does my attraction voucher show a different validity from my Pelago Pass?
We understand this can be confusing. Your Pelago Pass validity and your individual attraction voucher validity are different and apply at different stages of your booking.
Pelago Pass validity (overall usage and redemption period)
Your Pelago Pass controls how long you can redeem attractions in the Pelago Pass portal
Your Pelago Pass is valid:
Until 31 March 2027 if it has not been activated, or
For 30 days from the date of first activation once you start using it
When is the Pelago Pass activated?
Your Pelago Pass is activated when you first:
Make a pre-booking (time slot booking) for an attraction, or
Click “Redeem Now” for an attraction that does not require pre-booking
You must ensure all attraction redemptions are completed within your Pelago Pass validity period.
Attraction voucher validity (entry ticket validity)
When you redeem an attraction using your Pelago Pass, a separate attraction voucher is generated for that specific attraction
This voucher is used for entry into the attraction
The validity shown on each attraction voucher is set by the attraction itself, not by the Pelago Pass.
It depends on how you redeem the attraction:
Date range validity: You may visit anytime within the stated validity period
Fixed-date validity: You can only visit on the specific date selected during redemption or when clicking “Redeem Now”
Why the validity dates are different
The Pelago Pass validity controls your redemption window (30 days after activation or until 31 March 2027 if unused)
The attraction voucher validity controls your actual entry date rules, which are set by each attraction
Summary
Pelago Pass validity: Time period to redeem the attractions
Attraction voucher validity: Entry rules for each redeemed attraction ticket
