What is Pelago Pass SIngapore?
Pelago Pass is a multi-attraction pass that allows you to visit top attractions in Singapore using just one booking. Here's how to book it and what to know before you do.
What does the Pelago Pass include?
The Pelago Pass includes access to multiple attractions within 30 days from activation, with the flexibility to pick and choose depending on when and where you would like to go during your trip! Visits can be applied on different days within the usage validity period.
Purchasing the Pelago Pass
How do I buy the Pelago Pass?
Follow these 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Choose your Pelago Pass type
We offer multiple Pelago Pass options! For example, "Pick 2", "Pick 3", up to "Pick 5" attractions, with or without Universal Studios Singapore.

Use the filters (e.g. number of attractions, inclusion of Universal Studios) to find a Pelago Pass that suits your plans
Step 2: Select your travel date
Select the date you expect to be in Singapore and begin using the Pelago Pass
Important: If you’re planning to make a same-day booking and the date is no longer available, we strongly recommend not selecting a later date, as this may affect your ability to redeem the Pelago Pass.
Step 3: Choose the number of Pelago Passes
Select the number of adults and children in your group
Children aged 4 and above require their own Pelago Pass
Children under 4 may be subject to additional fees at certain attractions (check the attraction's terms)
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Step 4: Complete your booking
Click 'Book Now' to proceed to checkout
Complete your payment to confirm the booking
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Pelago Pass as an attached file.
Why can’t I book this Pelago Pass Singapore date?
If you cannot select your preferred date for the Pelago Pass, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Same-day bookings are no longer available: We recommend purchasing for the next day and starting your activities from that date
Sold out: The Pelago Pass for your chosen date has been fully booked. We recommend selecting a different date
Please note, these availability rules only apply to the Pelago Pass Singapore and may be different for other products.
Am I eligible to buy the Pelago Pass?
Only non-residents of Singapore will be eligible to purchase.
The arrival date to Singapore must be no later than 30 March 2026.
Passengers aged 3 and above must have a valid Pelago Pass to redeem the attractions and deals. For children below the age of 3, other fees may apply which is payable directly to the merchant.
Children (below 12 years) will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Can residents of Singapore buy the Pelago Pass?
No. The Pelago Pass is not available to Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, holders of a valid employment pass (EP or work permit) issued by the authorities of Singapore, Dependant’s pass holders, and Student Pass holders.
What is the age for Adult and Child passes?
Child applies to ages 3-12 years, and Adults apply to those 13 years and above. For children below the age of 2 years, other fees may apply depending on the attraction, which is payable directly to the merchant.
Can I buy the Pelago Pass for someone else?
No, the Pelago Pass is not transferable to another person. Your name must appear on the pass, or you must be part of the same group as the person whose name is on the pass.
If you're purchasing the Pelago Pass as a gift, please enter the name of one of the users (someone who will be using the pass) as the booking name during checkout.
Validity period
When does my Pelago Pass start, and how long can I use it?
Your Pelago Pass will be activated (start working) when you do either one of these actions:
Make your first time slot booking for an attraction that needs pre-booking, or
Scan the QR code at an attraction to enter
From the time your Pelago Pass is activated, you have 30 days to use it at redeemable attractions. This activation occurs when you first redeem or use the Pelago Pass, such as making a timeslot booking or scanning a QR code for entry.
Important: The last day you can use the Pelago Pass at any attraction is 31 March 2026, even if your 30 days are not over. Ensure that your reservations and scheduled attractions occur within the validity period of 30 days starting from the activation date, and cannot extend beyond the pass’s expiration date.
When does my Pelago Pass expire?
All attraction redemptions must be completed before the expiry date shown below:
If you bought your Pelago Pass on or after 27 March 2025:
You can use it from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, 23:59 hrs
It is valid for 30 days after activation or until 31 March 2026, whichever comes first
Using the Pelago Pass
How do I use the Pelago Pass?
To use your Pelago Pass, follow these steps:
Check if the attraction you are visiting requires a timeslot booking
Some attractions require you to book a timeslot in advance
Others allow entry without a pre-booked timeslot
Where to check if pre-booking timeslot is needed
To check which attractions require a timeslot and which do not, refer to the List of Attractions [here]
Attractions that require a pre-booked timeslot will show "(pre-booking required)" next to the attraction’s name
If booking is required
Important reminders before your visit
Check the attraction’s official website directly for:
Closure dates due to maintenance
Opening hours, which may vary depending on peak (e.g., holidays) or non-peak dates
How to book time slots for required attractions?
Open your PDF voucher and click on 'Manage Bookings' to make a booking for this attraction, or click on [this] link for quick access
Enter your Confirmation QR Code (found in your confirmation voucher, just below the main QR code), then click ‘View my Booking’
Click on 'Click For Reservation or More Details'
Search for the attraction you want to visit, then click on it to pre-book your timeslot
Update the 'Reserved date' by clicking on 'Reserve', selecting your preferred visit date, and click on 'Reschedule'
Do not click on 'Redeem'
Repeat for each confirmation QR Code
On the date of redemption, click on 'Manage Bookings' again and select on 'Redeem' to download your admission vouchers.
Can I start using the Pelago Pass on a different date than what I selected when purchasing?
Yes, the Pelago Pass can be activated anytime until 31 March 2026. Once activated, it can be used for 30 days to visit all attractions. Please note the final day for using the Pelago Pass at any attraction is 31 March 2026.
The “Manage Bookings” link for my Pelago Pass isn’t working
If you’re having trouble opening the “Manage Bookings” link in your Pelago Pass voucher, this is usually due to limitations on mobile phones or tablets, which may prevent the link from opening correctly.
What you can try:
Click on [this] link to acess the "Manage Bookings" page, followed by entering your QR Confirmation code
If the above doesn't work, open your Pelago Pass PDF voucher on a laptop or desktop computer
Click the “Manage Bookings” link from there
If you’re currently viewing the voucher on your phone or tablet, we recommend:
Downloading the PDF voucher
Opening it on a laptop or desktop browser
Clicking the “Manage Bookings” link again to manage your Pelago Pass bookings or pre-book attraction timeslots

I’m unable to make a timeslot booking / I’m having issues booking a timeslot
If you can open the Manage Bookings link but are unable to complete your timeslot reservation, please reach out to us for assistance and we’ll be happy to assist further.
What do I need to show to get into an attraction?
Depending on the attraction, you may need to present either:
The QR code found in your confirmation voucher; or
A separate e-ticket generated when you click “Redeem” in your Pelago Pass
Some attractions that generate a separate e-ticket after redemption include:
Universal Studios Singapore (USS)
Night Safari
Gardens by the Bay
Singapore Oceanarium
How many attractions can I visit using the Pelago Pass?
The number of attractions you can visit with the Pelago Pass depends on the option you selected at the time of booking.
The Pelago Pass is available in different options, and you can only visit the number of attractions included in the option you selected, with some options allowing up to 6 attractions in total
Examples of options include:
Pick 3 attractions
Pick 5 attractions
Pick 4 attractions with Universal Studios Singapore
For example, if you selected “Pick 4 attractions”, you can visit any 4 eligible attractions included in the Pelago Pass.
Is Universal Studios Singapore included in my booking?
If you selected a Pelago Pass option that includes Universal Studios Singapore, your booking is eligible for entry to the park.
You can confirm whether Universal Studios Singapore is included by checking your confirmation voucher. It will show:
If this text appears on your voucher, you have access to Universal Studios Singapore as part of your Pelago Pass.
Can I visit the same attraction multiple times?
No, an attraction can only be visited once using each Pelago Pass.
Other points to note
Is the Pelago Pass refundable?
This Pelago Pass is non-refundable. There will be no refund for unused or partially used items for the Pelago Pass. Inclusive benefits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of claim if not utilised. Lost, stolen or damaged QR codes will not be replaced or refunded.
Will I get a refund or validity extension if my schedule changes due to bad weather?
No refunds or extensions are permitted for the Pelago Pass. If an activity is unavailable because of weather or other circumstances, please use your reservation for another activity. There are no refunds for partially redeemed passes.
I couldn’t get in with my Pelago Pass and had to buy tickets on the spot. Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be given for on-site ticket purchases. Should an activity be unavailable, please use your reservation on another activity.
The attraction was closed on the day. Can I get a refund?
Should an activity be unavailable, please use your Pelago Pass on another activity. No refund will be made for partially redeemed bookings.
I booked the wrong date. Can I change my visit date?
Redeemed Tickets: Once a ticket is redeemed, the visit date cannot be changed. A redeemed ticket is defined as the ticket has been scanned for admission.
Timeslot Attractions: For attractions that require pre-booked timeslots, the visit date cannot be changed, even if the ticket has not been redeemed.
Other Attractions: If the attraction does not require a timeslot and the ticket is not yet redeemed, date changes may be possible, subject to the attraction’s approval.
There is an error in redemption when I'm at the entrance.
