Frequently Asked Questions
Are tickets sold by external parties or other websites valid?
Only Singapore GP’s Authorised Ticketing Partners (ATP) are permitted to sell Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026 tickets.
If you see lower prices advertised elsewhere, these tickets are likely to be from unauthorised resellers, or may potentially be fraudulent tickets. Tickets sold by unauthorised resellers online or outside of Circuit Park will be immediately voided and the ticket holder will be refused entry to the Event.
Please refer to Clause 6.6 on Prohibition against Ticket on-selling and unauthorised Tickets on Singapore Grand Prix Terms & Conditions (Sale & Entry) here.
Can I select my seat?
You may select your preferred ticket type (i.e grandstand) but not the individual seats. You will be assigned the best available seats at the time of purchase.
Your seat number will be indicated on the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix e-ticket, which will be sent to you closer to the event.
I purchased a Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix ticket through Pelago. When will I receive it?
E-tickets will now be issued for grandstand and walkabout patrons in place of physical tickets. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your registered email address closer to the event.
Why the switch to E-Tickets?
The Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix is one of many events that has made the switch to electronic tickets, beginning with a trial with general walkabout and grandstand tickets. This is in line with the current practice across various industries.
The decision was made during the pandemic as we wanted greater flexibility to respond to ongoing changes in COVID-19 safe management measures.
Furthermore, with e-tickets readily available on a mobile device, patrons can access their tickets whenever it is required. This eliminates the need for an additional trip prior to the event to collect a physical ticket and reduces the possibility of tickets being mishandled while being couriered. E-tickets also have the added advantage of being more environmentally friendly.
Which voucher should I present at the entrance?
For General Ticketholders (not Hospitality & Super Pit Grandstand tickets) will need to present the actual Formula 1 e-Tickets sent to your confirmation email at the entrance. To determine if you are looking at the correct vouchers, please refer to the vouchers sent to you in your confirmation email.
Not the e-Ticket: If your voucher says "This is not your e-ticket" or shows a QR code with the Pelago logo in the top left corner, this is a placeholder and cannot be used at the entrance.
E-tickets are sent in batches as the event date approaches, so keep an eye on your Inbox!
If you haven’t received your e-ticket by 7 October 2026, please reach out to us for assistance.
Can I show a printed version of my E-Tickets sent by Pelago?
Yes! You can print the e-tickets sent to your booking e-mail and show them at the entrance for admission.
How can I use the Singapore Grand Prix (SGP) App with my current Pelago Booking?
The SGP App is only for general tickets bought directly from the Singapore Grand Prix website or hotline.
With your Pelago Booking, there’s no need to download the app! Simply present the e-tickets sent to your booking e-mail at the gate, and you’re all set!
I did not receive my e-mail confirmation after purchasing my tickets. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email or e-tickets, kindly check your Junk or Spam folder.
Can I change or cancel my tickets?
Once bookings are confirmed, in line with the Terms and Conditions, cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed.
However, if the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026 is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, we will contact all ticket holders. For more information on refunds and exchanges, please refer to Clause 8 of the Terms & Conditions [here].
