This means that your booking request is being reviewed. Your booking is not confirmed at this stage. An authorization hold may be placed on your bank account, but you will not be charged until the booking is confirmed.
The experience provider has a stipulated time to review your booking. This is specified in the product page. Once it has been accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation email with the vouchers for your activity. You will also be notified if the provider rejects the booking and/or offers an alternative slot.
After payment, the page said "We've received your booking", what does this mean?
