Can I be refunded if I was late or missed my booking?

Unfortunately, if you were late or missed your booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In exceptional circumstances, such as death, serious illness or injury, or significant weather events that prevented you from participating in your experience, you may request for a refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
