Pelago does not issue a separate receipt or tax invoice.
Your booking confirmation email is your invoice and can be used as a supporting document for reimbursement or record-keeping purposes.
There is no PDF invoice attached to the booking confirmation email, and no separate invoice document will be sent.
The booking confirmation email includes:
Booking reference number
Activity or experience details
Payment method used
Total amount paid (including taxes and fees, where applicable)
If you need an invoice, please use the booking confirmation email itself.
