Your Pelago booking confirmation email serves as your receipt and proof of payment. You can use it for your records or for expense reimbursement.
The confirmation email includes:
Booking reference number
Activity or experience details
Payment method
Total amount paid, including applicable taxes and fees
Taxes are included in the total amount paid, but are not itemised separately.
Pelago does not issue any other separate invoice, tax invoice, or PDF invoice. The booking confirmation email is the receipt provided by Pelago.
I can't find my confirmation email
First, check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot find it:
Make sure you are checking the email address linked to your Pelago account.
Search your inbox for "Pelago" or your booking reference number.
Check whether the booking confirmation was sent to a different email address.
Your booking confirmation email is the only invoice, receipt, or proof-of-payment document that Pelago can provide.
