Pelago's Best Price Guarantee Campaign

Pelago is committed to offering you the best prices on our experiences. If you find a lower price for the same activity on another eligible platform, we'll refund you the price difference via a Pelago promo code.

This campaign is valid for bookings made between the stipulated period. Refer to https://pages.pelago.co/p/promotions-bestprices for more details.


​How It Works

  1. Find a Lower Price: If you discover a lower price for the same activity on another eligible platform, ensure that the price includes taxes and excludes discounts.​

  2. Submit a Claim: Before your activity date, submit a claim with the website link and a screenshot showing the lower price, ensuring it matches the activity details exactly. ​

  3. Verification: Pelago will review your submission within 5 working days.​

  4. Promo Code Issuance: If approved, you'll receive a promo code for the price difference within 10 days after completing the activity.

Important Notes:

  • If you used a promo code on your Pelago booking, the difference is based on the final discounted price you paid.​

  • The difference will only be issued after Pelago verifies that the lower price meets all eligibility requirements and after the activity is completed.

  • Only one request per booking is allowed.​


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee:

  • The compared price must include taxes and exclude discounts.​

  • Booking details must match exactly: same activity, activity date, inclusions, options, operator, visit date, number of participants, and currency (unless unavailable; Pelago will use prevailing exchange rates).​

  • The lower price must be publicly available, verifiable by Pelago, and bookable online.​

  • The other price must be at least SGD 1 (or equivalent) lower than your final Pelago price (after discounts).​

Ineligible Scenarios

The following do not qualify for the price match:

  • Price Types:

    • Discounted or promotional prices.

    • Member-only, corporate, or group rates.​

    • Travel packages (e.g., bundled tours).

    • Prices not available or bookable at the time of verification.

    • Credit card or payment method-specific offers.

    • Seasonal pricing (e.g., school/summer holidays).​

    • Flash or limited-time deals (e.g., "first 50 bookings").​

  • Product Types:

    • Activities or products exclusively offered only on Pelago (i.e Pelago pass)

    • Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, including Hospitality Packages

    • Disney Adventure by Disney Cruise Line

    • Universal Studios Japan Studio Pass (Direct Entry)

    • Universal Beijing Resort Ticket

    • Products offered under KrisFlyer Experiences

    • Pelago transferz​

  • Booking Types:

    • Bookings paid using:

      • Singapore Culture Pass

      • Pelago Gift Cards


How to Submit a Claim

To submit a Best Price Guaranteed claim, please contact our Support team and follow the steps below as a guide:

  1. Click the Chat icon and type “Best Price Guaranteed” to start

    1. If you are not logged in to your Pelago account, select Others to continue

  2. Our Pelago AI Assistant will guide you to first provide a few details (your email and Pelago Booking ID)

  3. Afterwards, it will request that you create a ticket for your claim. In your ticket:

    1. Add the website link of the comparison site

    2. Attach a screenshot showing the lower price. Your screenshot should clearly show:

      1. The lower price (including taxes, excluding discounts)

      2. The same activity, options, and quantity

    3. You can include extra details in the description if needed

    4. Make sure to submit your claim before your activity date

    5. Click 'Create Ticket' to submit your claim

  4. Our team will review your application within 5 working days

  5. Watch your email for updates!

    1. If your claim is approved: The promo code will be automatically credited to your Pelago account within 10 days after your activity date

    2. If your claim is not approved: You will receive a notification explaining why it could not be approved.


Review & Refund Process

  • Submissions are reviewed within 5 working days.​

  • If approved, the promo code will be issued within 10 days after your activity, provided the activity was completed and not cancelled.​


Additional Terms

  • All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use.​

  • Personal data will be handled per Pelago’s Privacy Policy.​

  • Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.​​
