Issues with Pelago App/Web

If you're having trouble loading the Pelago app or website, here are a few quick steps you can try on your own before reaching out to us.

For App Users

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Pelago app

  • Running an outdated version can cause slow loading or unexpected errors.

  • How to check if you’re using the latest version:

    • Open the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android)

    • Search for “Pelago”

    • If you see a button that says Update, tap it to download the latest version

For Both App and Website Users

Try again later

  • If everything is up to date but you're still facing loading issues, it might be due to temporary technical difficulties with the App/Web

  • We suggest trying again after about an hour, as the issue may resolve itself once services stabilise.
