For App Users
Make sure you're using the latest version of the Pelago app
Running an outdated version can cause slow loading or unexpected errors.
How to check if you’re using the latest version:
Open the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android)
Search for “Pelago”
If you see a button that says Update, tap it to download the latest version
For Both App and Website Users
Try again later
If everything is up to date but you're still facing loading issues, it might be due to temporary technical difficulties with the App/Web
We suggest trying again after about an hour, as the issue may resolve itself once services stabilise.
