What to do if my driver is unresponsive

This article is for customers who have already reached out to their driver using the phone number or support contact details on their confirmation voucher, but have not received a response. If your driver is unresponsive

If you have reached out to your driver through WhatsApp or phone call and there is no response, please reach out to us and we'll assist you promptly.

  • Share your booking details and a description of the issue (e.g., time of pick-up, location, and attempts to contact the driver).

  • Our team will coordinate with the provider to arrange assistance as quickly as possible.

Important to know

  • Please ensure you are using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation (as these are the verified details for your assigned driver).

  • In urgent situations where your driver does not arrive, you may wish to consider arranging alternative transport. Rest assured, our team will review the issue promptly and assist with any additional costs where applicable
