Understanding the SG Culture Pass
What is the SG Culture Pass?
The Singapore Culture Pass ("SG Culture Pass") is a national initiative by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), offering S$100 in credits to eligible Singapore Citizens that can be used for ticketed arts, culture, and heritage experiences via authorised ticketing platforms, including Pelago.
Who is eligible for the SG Culture Pass?
Eligible: All Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above in 2025 are eligible. This is defined as Singaporeans who are:
Born on or before 31 December 2007; and
Singapore Citizens as of 31 December 2024
The S$100 credits are automatically credited to your GovWallet and can be accessed via SingPass.
Ineligible: Permanent Residents, Employment Pass holders, Student Pass holders, Dependant’s Pass holders, and other non-citizens.
When can I start using my credits, and How long are they valid?
Available from: 1 September 2025
Validity period: Until 31 December 2028

Making a booking using SG Culture Pass credits
How do I book an experience using my SG Culture Pass credits on Pelago?
Browse Pelago and select an experience with the “SG Culture Pass Eligible” banner
Choose your preferred date, time, and package
At checkout, select “Pay with SG Culture Pass”
Log in with SingPass when prompted
Complete your payment:
Use CP Credits in full, or
Use CP Credits and Card or PayNow for any remaining balance
After successful payment, you’ll receive a booking confirmation email and a Pelago e-voucher
Can I partially redeem my SG Culture Pass credits?
No, you are not able to partially redeem your SG Culture Pass credits.
Example:
If your booking is S$60 and you have S$100 credits, S$60 credits will be redeemed in full
If your booking is S$60 and you only have S$30 credits, the S$30 credits will be redeemed, and you will be required to pay the remaining S$30 by card or PayNow
Can I still enjoy discounts or benefits from affiliated programmes when I choose to pay with SG Culture Pass credits?
You will not be able to apply any Pelago discounts to your booking when you choose to pay with SG Culture Pass credits. Bookings paid with SG Culture Pass credits will not be eligible for any affiliated programmes (e.g. ShopBack) unless stated otherwise.
Can I use my credits to book for others?
Yes. While your credits are non-transferable, you may use them to book multiple tickets in a single transaction for family or friends.
Earning KrisFlyer Miles on Culture Pass bookings
Yes! You’ll still earn KrisFlyer Miles when booking with Culture Pass. The miles are calculated based on your total booking amount, including the portion paid with your CP Miles. Managing my SG Culture Pass bookings
Can I cancel or get a refund for my booking?
SG Culture Pass bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless, in the unlikely event that the activity is cancelled by the provider or organiser.
Can I change my booking date or time?
Sometimes life does not go as planned, we hear you!
Note that a lot of planning, logistics, and resources have already gone into preparing for you or your group. Avoid making changes or rescheduling, unless it’s absolutely necessary. Change requests are subject to the provider’s policy and availability.
