  1. Pelago AI Assistant

    Our Pelago AI Assistant is available 24/7 to help you get answers quickly. It can assist with most common enquiries instantly.
    If the AI Assistant cannot solve your enquiry, don’t worry! It will guide you to the next step to connect with a human support agent.

  2. Live Chat

    Live Chat connects you directly to a Pelago support agent for real-time assistance. It’s available to:

    1. KrisFlyer Elite Silver, Elite Gold, PPS, and Solitaire PPS members: Login with your KrisFlyer account to start a chat anytime.

    2. All other customers: Live Chat is available if you have a same-day or upcoming booking. Login to your Pelago account to access live chat

  3. Support Ticket

    For all other enquiries, our Pelago AI Assistant will guide you to submit a Support Ticket. Once submitted, our team will respond within 2 business days.

    If you already have an existing Support Ticket, please log in to your Pelago account to view the latest updates or follow up with us. Logging in ensures you have full access to your ticket history and direct communication with our team.

    If you haven’t received a reply yet, our Support Team is currently reviewing your request and will get back to you as soon as possible.

  4. Phone Support

    At this time, Pelago Customer Support does not have a hotline to offer phone support. We're continuously working to enhance our support services and appreciate your understanding.
