eSIM FAQs

If you’ve booked an eSIM, please note that the cancellation, redemption, and activation steps may differ depending on your service provider. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend checking the specific product page for your eSIM for detailed instructions.


I haven’t received my eSIM voucher

Depending on the type of eSIM you purchased, it may take up to 3 hours for the voucher to arrive. Please also check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email was filtered there.

I am unable to scan the QR Code

Your eSIM will be sent separately to your booking email for activation.If you have received a Pelago confirmation voucher, do not scan it as this is not the QR code for your eSIM activation.
