Understanding promo code eligibility
Each promo code has its own Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), which determine when and where it can be used. We recommend checking the T&Cs of your promo code before making a booking.
Promo codes, including the SIA PNR promo, can be applied to eligible Pelago bookings made through the Pelago app, Pelago website, or Kris+ app.
Some common eligibility requirements include:
New user: The promo code is only available to customers who are creating a Pelago account for the first time.
First booking: The promo code can only be used for your first Pelago booking.
Minimum spend: Your booking must meet a minimum amount before the promo code can be applied.
Selected products or destinations: The promo code may only apply to certain activities, products, or destinations.
Travel Period: This mainly applies to KrisFlyer Deals (KFD). To be eligible, your travel dates must fall within the stated travel period. This means you must be arriving in and/or departing from the destination during the eligible travel period.
Product exclusions: Some products may not be eligible for the promotion.
If your booking meets the requirements of the promotion, simply enter the promo code at checkout to enjoy the applicable discount.
Checking your promo code expiry
You can check a promo code’s expiry date in two ways:
Promotion Terms and Conditions: The expiry date is shown on the promotion page when you claim the promo code.
Your Rewards: After claiming a promo code, you can find its expiry date in the Rewards section of your Pelago account.
