Where can I find my Booking's Cancellation Policy?

Need to know if your booking is eligible for a refund? Cancellation policies can vary depending on the specific activity or option you choose. Use this guide to locate the policy at every stage of your journey.


Before You Book

You can find the specific terms for your selection in three main areas:

  • Product Details Page: While a general policy may be shown at the top of the page, always check the specific "Option" you are selecting. Different option types may have different cancellation policies

  • Preferences Page: After selecting your date and number of units, the policy will be displayed one last time immediately above the 'Book Now' button

  • Checkout Page: For final confirmation, the cancellation policy is listed above the Total Price summary before you complete your payment

After Your Booking is Confirmed

Once your booking is finalised, the cancellation policy of the option or package purchased is also reflected in your Pelago Account:

  • In Your Profile: Log in to your Pelago account and navigate to 'My Bookings'. Select your confirmed booking to view the cancellation policy. If you do not see a cancellation policy here, it is possible that your booking is non-cancellable
