You can easily view all your upcoming, past, and cancelled bookings on Pelago. Follow the steps below based on whether you were logged in when making your booking.
If you were logged in when making your booking
Go to the top right corner of the Pelago website and click on your profile.
Select “Bookings” from the dropdown menu.
On the Bookings page, you can toggle between:
Upcoming bookings: To see your future trips and activities
Past and cancelled bookings: To see previous or cancelled reservations

If you did not log in when making your booking
You can view your booking history through the confirmation emails sent to the email address used at checkout.
💭 Tip: For easier access in the future, we recommend creating a Pelago account using the same email address you used to make your booking. Once logged in, your bookings will appear in the Bookings tab automatically.
Missing bookings?
If you don’t see your booking, check that you are logged in with the same email address or social account (Google, Facebook, KrisFlyer) that was used at checkout.
