What are Pelago Challenges?
Pelago Challenges are a fun and rewarding way to earn extra rewards when you book experiences on Pelago.
Each challenge comes with specific booking requirements. Once you join a challenge and complete it within the stated timeframe, you’ll receive rewards that can be used on your next eligible Pelago booking!
How do Pelago Challenges work?
Here’s how they work:
Log in to your Pelago account using the Pelago website or mobile app. You must be logged in to view and join challenges.
Go to the “Rewards” section in your account and join a challenge before completing the required booking or action. If you do not join the challenge first, the action may not be counted
Complete the challenge requirements. Depending on the challenge, some examples of the challenge requirements are:
Making a booking via the Pelago app
Booking selected or eligible products
Completing the action within a specific timeframe
Rewards are credited automatically to your account once you’ve successfully completed the challenge and met all requirements
Use your rewards on your next eligible Pelago booking. Please note that some products may be excluded.
Each Pelago Challenge has its own terms, conditions, and eligibility rules. We recommend checking these details carefully before joining to avoid missing out on rewards.

Click the profile icon in the top navigation bar
Select Rewards
Toggle to Earn more rewards
Under Current challenges, view all challenges available to join

How to Join a Pelago Challenge
Navigate to the desired Pelago Challenge
Click "Join challenge"
You will be able to view challenge details, terms and conditions, and instructions for receiving rewards
Only bookings or actions made after clicking Join challenge will count toward the challenge

I made a booking before clicking "Join challenge". Will my booking count?
No. Bookings made before joining a Pelago Challenge are not eligible. Customers must click Join challenge first.
I joined a Pelago Challenge, but my booking is not tracked. Why?
The booking does not meet the challenge eligibility requirements. Examples:
The challenge requires booking via the Pelago app, but the booking was made on the Pelago website.
The booking type or product is excluded from the challenge.
What happens after I complete a Pelago Challenge?
Rewards are credited to the customer’s Pelago account for use on the next eligible booking. Product exclusions may apply.
