Finding Your Disney Cruise Reservation ID
Before you begin your booking or check-in process, it’s important to have your Disney Reservation ID on hand. The Disney Cruise Reservation ID is different from your Pelago Booking ID and is identifiable as a 8-digit number.
Here’s are two ways on how to locate your Disney Cruise Reservation ID, depending on the attached PDF voucher received in your confirmation email from Pelago
Option 1: Find the ID on your Disney-branded PDF voucher
If your Pelago confirmation email includes a PDF voucher with a "Disney Cruise Line" or "Disney Adventure" logo, you can find your 8-digit Reservation ID in one of the following places:
Next to “Reservation #” , or
Labelled as “Disney Confirmation Number”, or

Option 2: Generate the Disney voucher via “Manage Bookings”
If your initial voucher looks like an e-ticket with a QR code and does not show a Disney logo, you’ll need to download the official Disney cruise voucher. For best results, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer!

Steps to retrieve the Disney Reservation ID via “Manage Bookings”
Open the PDF attachment in your Pelago confirmation email
Find the text: “To manage your booking, please click this Manage Bookings link” and click the link
On the Manage Bookings page, select “Click for reservation or more details >”
Click “Download ticket”
Once downloaded, your official Disney Adventure Cruise voucher will be available in your downloads folder
Your 8-digit Disney Reservation ID will be shown in brackets next to or below your room type

Rest assured, the voucher you receive from Pelago is an official Disney Cruise voucher. This means your booking is fully confirmed with Disney Cruise Line, and your Disney Reservation ID is valid for viewing, managing, and checking in for your cruise online.
