Finding Your Disney Cruise Reservation ID
Before you begin your cruise check-in or manage your booking, you’ll need your Disney Cruise Reservation ID.
Important to know
The Disney Reservation ID is different from your Pelago Booking ID
It is an 8-digit number
You can find it on the PDF voucher attached to your Pelago confirmation email
There are three types of vouchers you may receive. Follow the steps based on the voucher you have.
First: Check the PDF Voucher in Your Pelago Confirmation Email
Open your Pelago confirmation email and download the PDF attachment.
Once opened, identify which voucher type you have below.
Option 1: Find the ID on your Disney-branded PDF voucher
An example of a Disney-branded PDF voucher as below:
If your PDF voucher includes a “Disney Cruise Line” or “Disney Adventure” logo, your Reservation ID, you can find your 8-digit Reservation ID in one of the following places:
Next to “Reservation #” , or
Labelled as “Disney Confirmation Number”, or
Option 2: QR Code e-Ticket (Room Number Shown Below the QR Code)
This option is applicable if your PDF voucher:
Shows only a QR code
Does not display “Allotment” below the QR code
Shows the room type
In this case, you can find your Disney Reservation ID directly below the QR code on the voucher.
Below is an example of a QR Code e-Ticket with the room number shown beneath the QR code:
Option 3: QR Code e-Ticket (Disney Voucher Needs to Be Generated)
This option is applicable if your PDF voucher:
Shows a QR code with “Allotment_{string of numbers}”
Shows the room type
In this case, you’ll need to download the official Disney Cruise voucher via the “Manage Bookings” link in your confirmation voucher. We recommend clicking on the link on a desktop or laptop for smoother access!

Steps to retrieve the Disney Reservation ID via “Manage Bookings”
Open the PDF attachment in your Pelago confirmation email
Find the text: “To manage your booking, please click this Manage Bookings link” and click the link
On the Manage Bookings page, select “Click for reservation or more details >”
Click “Download ticket”
Once downloaded, your official Disney Adventure Cruise voucher will be available in your downloads folder
Your 8-digit Disney Reservation ID will be shown in brackets next to or below your room type

If You’re Still Seeing the Same QR Code Voucher
After clicking the “Manage Bookings” link and following the steps to download your voucher, you might notice that the file downloaded looks the same as your original QR code voucher.
Why this happens
This usually means your Disney Cruise Reservation ID is still being processed and hasn’t been generated yet.
What to do next
Please allow us up to 5 working days to complete the processing of your booking.
After 5 working days:
Open the PDF attachment in your Pelago confirmation email again
Click the “Manage Bookings” link
Follow the same steps to download your ticket
Once ready, the official Disney Cruise confirmation voucher will be generated instead of the QR code version, and you’ll be able to find your 8-digit Disney Reservation ID shown in brackets next to your room type.
